Care Plan

Daddy is under the care of one of the best care teams of Oncology in the Central Texas area and specializing in Leukemia Treatment. His primary is a Dr. Ahmed, who is referring to him as “Baba”, while Daddy calls him “Beta”. They are bonding over Javed Miandad and Lahori Halwa.

Given his biological age and his fighting spirit, the tentative plan is of four weeks therapy as an in-patient in the hospital. He will have treatment intravenously for the first two weeks and orally in the last two. He is also agreed to be part of a Clinical Trail for a drug that was approved this November by FDA. If his genetic testing makes him a candidate then the drug will be administered from the eighth day onwards.

His treatment has not started yet, as the team is waiting for detailed analysis but expected to start today, Dec 12th 2024. Meanwhile enjoy this video of him climbing 300 steps to the top of the dome in Sacré-Cœur basilica in Paris this summer.
